Archaevir database is dedicated to characterization of archaeal virus genomes with standerdized Z-curve (GC and AT skews) method. This database also host the basic genomic records like genome length, GC%, total genes and proteins all sequenced viral genomes of archaea. Relevant data available on the database can be readily accessed by the scientific community for further analysis as well as for tutorial purposes.
